Miki Fitness TrainingAll our personal training programs are full body workouts using your own weight, medicine balls and kettlebells. This kind of workout utilizes all your muscle groups that create more movements and burn far more calories than any other workout. It is far superior to traditional cardio or resistance weight training. At the same time, you develop strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and balance. The final result is a lean, well-shaped and toned body without any muscle bulk.

In-Home Personal Training

Houston Home Fitness specializes in providing in-home personal training in Houston area. Our objective is to show you how to utilize your time and devote it towards your health and fitness goals. We understand that you simply don’t have several hours to spend in the gym. That’s why we want to help you achieve your fitness goals in the convenience of your own home.

Our prices differ depending on your home location. We also offer the following training packages:

  • 3 Sessions
  • 5 Sessions
  • 10 Sessions

Each package inlude an initial fitness consultation session which is all about you. During this session we will perform numerous tests that will allow us to prepare a customized home workout plan. We will then show you how to implement your fitness plan during the following sessions.

If you need an extra boost of motivation during the first few weeks during which you will benefit from a tailored fitness plan, we highly recommend starting with one of these discounted personal training packages.
