A “kettlebell” or girya (Russ.) is a traditional Russian cast-iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. This old-time, low-tech Russian workout tool is one of the best pieces of equipment you can use to build a stronger, leaner, and better body. Once you start using them, you’ll feel like a completely new person.

The unique design, with the handle displaced from the weight’s center of gravity, allows you to perform high-intensity, strength building and fat burning exercises that simply can’t be done with dumbbells, barbells, or machines.

kbells_bullet.jpg Why train with kettlebells?

Because they deliver extreme all-around fitness. And no single other tool does it better. Depending on what your goals are, Kettlebells will make you stronger, make you leaner, build up your aerobic & anaerobic endurance, improve your balance, improve your performance in sports, improve your power, clean up your mechanics, and -if you want - will make you bigger.

kbells_bullet.jpg Benefits of Kettlebell training

  • Machines work on your body in ONE plane VS. Kettlebell work in THREE planes.
  • Machines isolate particular muscle while Kettlebell work on entire body through the movement. More muscles involved in motion means more calories spend.
  • Perfect look (machines) vs. functional development (kettlebells).
  • Kettlebell training is blend of strength, cardiovascular, mobility and flexibility in such way that we could MOVE through daily life with easiness.
